If you have a suggestion which you feel could improve the service we offer, please contact the surgery or put your suggestion in writing. We can’t promise to be able to take up all suggestions, but we will certainly address any issues you raise.
Making a complaint / concern
Blaenavon Medical Practice aims to provide the very best care and treatment to all its patients, and it is important that we welcome comments and learn from people’s experiences – good or bad. We are very proud that the vast majority of people are happy with the service they receive.
Sometimes though, things might not go as well as expected. When this happens, we need to look at what went wrong so we can try to make it better. Therefore, if you:
- are not happy with care or treatment provided by the practice
- have any other concerns you think we should know about
please contact the surgery or put your complaint/query in writing. These should be addressed to the Practice Manager or Senior Partner.
Further information can be found within our Complaints policy and the ‘Putting Things Right’ leaflet which are available on our Practice Documents Page.
